Snake Shipping

After purchasing your new snake we will reach out to you with a call/text and an email within 24 hrs to set up shipping options that work best for you.

All snakes are shipped via FedEx Overnight Express.

Delivery is made to your home address when weather permits, or to your nearest FedEx hub in unsafe weather (e.g. extreme heat or freezing conditions).

No shipping occurs in freezing temperatures at any point in the transit route.

Live Arrival Guarantee is valid only when shipped to a FedEx hub and picked up within 2 hours of arrival.

A flat shipping fee of $55 applies to all reptile orders.

 

Isopod Shipping

Isopods are shipped via USPS 2-Day Priority or USPS Overnight.

Live Arrival Guarantee applies when shipped via these approved methods, under safe weather conditions, and received promptly.

Any alternative shipping methods void all live arrival guarantees.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are only considered in cases where the animal’s health or home are at risk, as determined through communication and or photographic/video evidence provided by the buyer.

If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a possible restocking fee.

No returns are accepted for: Clothing, jewelry items, or rodent-thawing mugs (for hygienic reasons)

All other sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
